Shipping policy

Made to order. Every robot is made to order after you approve your proof.

Timeline. We email your proof within 1 business day of your order. After you approve, we ship within 5 business days by UPS Ground. Your ship date starts when you approve, so a late approval means a later delivery.

Christmas deadline. Order by December 10 and approve your proof within 24 hours to receive your robot before December 25. Orders after that date ship as soon as possible but may arrive after Christmas.

Where we ship. Lower 48 United States for now. We can't ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.

Cost. Free shipping on every order.

Boxes. Large flat robots may ship in more than one box. Each box has its own tracking number.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Damage. Check the box when it arrives. If a robot is damaged, email support@roborelatives.com within 7 days with photos of the robot and the box. We'll remake or refund.
