Refund policy

Personalized items are final sale. Every robot is made to order with your photo and name just for you, so we can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once you've approved your proof.

Cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve it, your robot goes into production and can't be canceled.

We fix our mistakes. If your robot arrives damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved, email support@roborelatives.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the robot and the box. We'll remake it or refund it.

Typos you approved are on the proof. Please check spelling carefully. If you approved a proof with a misspelled name, a remake is charged at half the item price.

Pets, trees and menorahs. These are also final sale once you approve your proof, since they are made to order and too large to ship back.

If we can't make your order. If we decline a photo or name (see Photo and privacy), we'll tell you and refund the item.

Proof approval. Within 1 business day of your order we email a digital proof. Nothing is made until you reply Approved. Two rounds of changes are free; more changes or a new photo after that are $15 per round. If we don't hear back in 3 days, we'll email again.
